Construction Estimator

Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position requires a 2 or 4 year degree in construction, engineering or related field, ability to read and interpret blueprints, self-starter capability, and desire to grow. Desired 2 years experience in general construction, quantity take offs and subcontractor bid procurement preferred. Proficiency in computerized estimated programs a plus.


Project Manager

Successful candidate must have a minimum of a 4 year degree in construction, engineering or related field, and/or 5 years or more commercial construction project experience managing multiple building projects in the public, private and retail sectors. Competency in estimating, purchasing, budget/cost control, manpower management and quality control is a must.


Construction Superintendent

Successful candidate must have a minimum of a 2 year degree in construction, engineering or related field, and 2 to 5 years experience as a superintendent in commercial construction. Competency in subcontractor coordination, scheduling, manpower management and ability to read and interpret blueprints is a must. Travel may be required.
